What Does Working Together Look Like?
Together, Jane will coach you through your health plan to make sure the exercise is effective, your eating plan is realistic and achievable, and she will teach you stress management techniques.
Our First Meeting
During your first meeting, Jane will help you set up a weekly exercise, healthy eating, and stress management plan.
Weekly Contact
Each week you will meet, either in person or online (via Skype or Facetime), with Jane to discuss how the program is going. As a team, you will brainstorm ways to make any lifestyle changes a positive experience.
Daily Contact if Necessary
Jane is available daily via text or email when "the going gets tough."
